Our mission is to assist Eastern European food and beverage manufacturers in opening up export markets in Western and Central Europe. Our consultancy has been active for more than 15 years and we have a proven track record of successful market entries with various clients of Eastern European origin. We carefully analyze our client's business, product portfolio and technological capabilities and create a strategy that guarantees maximum results with minimum investment. In the process, special attention is dedicated to the following aspects of the entry strategy:

product development

Quite often the products and/or packaging do not meet the taste perception and quality requirements of Western consumers. Our specialists work together with the R&D department of our client to make necessary alterations to all key product attributes. We also have our own in-house graphic design agency to design, in a timely fashion, packaging that is both sellable and appealing to the Western taste.

brand strategy

Obviously the brand offered must be acceptable to the Western consumers. Within the constraint of available financial and managerial resources, we advise to take a decision either to push the client`s own brand or use one of the other options available: retailer label or distributor label.

partner search

Parallel to product and brand development, we investigate the optimum choice of channels for distribution in any given market and product segment. The objective is always to find a reliable, financially solid partner with a complementary product portfolio and energy and drive to make the project successful.

sales & marketing strategy

When we have the product, the brand and the sales and distribution channels at place, we form a set of carefully designed tools (price, promotions, discounts, presentation etc.) to boost product sales. If our client has funds for consumer marketing we`ll suggest the best, most cost-effective ways of investing the funds to create initial brand awareness.
